创建你的gravatar

www.gravatar.com提供email和头像綁定的功能。
说白了就是用户注册之后上传头像到gravatar那边，通过它的api其它程序就能使用email获取头像。这样子我们就不必每次使用一个新系统都上传一次头像了。
